We like to think of fabrik as a highly flexible production space set within a gritty 1960s-era factory - rich in texture, character, and possibility.

Spanning a comfortable 242sqm, the studio features a striking 9.6m x 3.7m rendered concrete wall at the rear of the space, complemented by adjoining walls with layered textures that create a cohesive backdrop for both motion and stills. Soft light pours in through south-facing windows, shifting gracefully as day turns to night. Motorised blackout blinds can be lowered to reduce ambient light by approximately 90%, offering greater control when needed.

fabrik’s expansive footprint provides a true blank canvas with near-limitless potential for television and film productions, photoshoots, workshops, and events. Elegant in its simplicity, the space is designed for multipurpose use, with ample room and power for set builds, props, lighting, and equipment storage across multi-day hires.

fabrik sits alongside LUMI Studio — a fully equipped commercial photography and video studio — expanding the creative possibilities even further.
